    A Bill to amend Section 41-13-25, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the offenses of engaging in oppressive child labor practices and employing a child in violation of a child labor regulation, so as to delete the provisions setting forth criminal penalties for the offenses and provide for a warning and fine for an employer's violation of a child labor regulation, determination of the findings of the Commissioner of Labor under the Administrative Procedures Act, and the fine's recovery and deposit.
