    A Bill to amend Section 16-1-10 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to categorization of felonies and misdemeanors, so as to provide that all offenses classified as exempt under Section 16-1-10(D), for which the maximum penalty is imprisonment for five years or more, are felonies.
