    A Bill to amend Section 42-7-70, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to rates and premiums paid by employers and deposited in the State Workers' Compensation Fund, so as to provide that all interest earned after July 1, 1987, on these deposits must be credited to the Fund, that interest earned on deposits in the Fund from July 1, 1974, to June 30, 1987, must be recredited to the Fund, and to provide for the method for funding this recredit.
