    A Bill to amend Sections 44-43-30 and 44-43-40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to gifts of all or parts of a deceased person's body, so as to direct the Department of Highways and Public Transportation to furnish every person, who applies for the issuance, reissuance or renewal of a driver's license, a document containing a summary description and explanation of the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, along with a form for donating tissues and organs under the Act, and provide a suitable decal to be attached to the driver's license of all persons who have furnished notice to the Department that they are donors under the Act.
