    A BILL TO AMEND ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 9, TITLE 50 OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO HUNTING, FISHING AND TRAPPING LICENSES, BY ADDING SECTION 50-9-65 SO AS TO PROHIBIT THE HUNTING OF CANADA GEESE WITHIN A TWO THOUSAND YARD INLAND RADIUS OF EITHER SIDE OF THE EAST BRANCH OF THE COOPER RIVER UPSTREAM OF FRENCH QUARTER CREEK, AND ITS CONTIGUOUS MARSH AND TRIBUTARY STREAMS, INCLUDING HUGER AND QUIMBY CREEKS.
