    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 15-1-340 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PSYCHOLOGIST APPOINTED BY FAMILY COURT FOR A CUSTODY EVALUATION, THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS, OR PROBATE COURT IS IMMUNE FROM CIVIL LIABILITY FOR ANY ACT OR OMISSION COMMITTED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE COURT ORDERED APPOINTMENT AND TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONS.
