    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 42 to Title 27 so as to provide for the South Carolina Mobile Home Park Tenancy Act by setting forth purposes, scope, jurisdiction, definitions, interpretation of principles, notice, rental agreements, obligations of mobile home park owners and mobile home owners, regulations, termination of a tenancy, and grounds for eviction.
