S 0582 General Bill, By Gregory
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 27-37-85 so as to permit ejectment of a tenant despite the fact that the tenant may have filed for bankruptcy or been declared bankrupt whenever the tenant failed to file for bankruptcy or has not been declared bankrupt until after ejectment proceedings or trial has been had.
