    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 16-19-492 SO AS TO ENACT A STATEWIDE CURFEW FOR MINORS AND TO PROVIDE A CIVIL PENALTY FOR A VIOLATION OF THE CURFEW; AND TO PROVIDE A PROCEDURE FOR MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES TO “OPT OUT” OF THE CURFEW.
