A Bill to amend Section 59-123-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the organization and powers of the Board of Trustees of the Medical University of South Carolina, so as to make technical changes in the language of the Section and clarify the degrees the University may confer; to amend Section 59-123-110 of the 1976 Code, relating to the School of Dentistry at the Medical University so as to change references to "school" to "college" and "dentistry" to "dental medicine"; and to repeal Sections 59-123-120, 59-123-130 and 59-123-140, relating to construction of the School of Dentistry, academic standards and operations of such school.
