    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-1-315 SO AS TO PROVIDE A PROCEDURE TO ALLOW A PERSON WHOSE DRIVER'S LICENSE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED PURSUANT TO THE NONRESOLUTION OF AN OUT-OF-STATE MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATION OR AN ERRONEOUS OUT-OF-STATE MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATION TO HAVE THE SUSPENSION VACATED UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
