    A Bill to amend Section 2-15-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the duties of the Audit Council, so as to revise these duties including revision of when the Council is required to conduct an audit; and to amend Section 2-15-100, relating to the priority of requests to the Audit Council, so as to revise this priority.
