    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 57-1-44 so as to provide the procedure for naming roads, highways, bridges, or other highway facilities under state jurisdiction or control, and to provide that names requested to be given these roads, highways, bridges, or highway facilities before a certain date where the dedication has not taken place are void and must be renamed as provided in this Section.
