    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 63-11-710, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO LOCAL FOSTER CARE REVIEW BOARDS AND THE APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS TO THESE BOARDS BY THE LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION OF THE REGION SERVED BY THE BOARD, SO AS TO DELETE THE PROVISION REQUIRING THE DELEGATION TO BE NOTIFIED OF VACANCIES BY CERTIFIED MAIL.
