    A Bill to amend Act 110 of 1981, relating to magistrates and magistrates' jury areas in the various counties of this state, so as to provide that the provisions of such act pertaining to Charleston County shall not preclude the appointment of additional ministerial magistrates for the county in the manner authorized by law.
