    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-1315, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to withholding of income to secure payment of child support obligations, so as to exempt the South Carolina Employment Security Commission as a payor in the payment of benefits and to provide that when a child support agency is notified by the South Carolina Employment Security Commission that an obligor is receiving unemployment insurance benefits the agency must notify the court for the intercept of benefits in the event of a delinquency.-amended title
