    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-149-50(D) OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATED TO CUMULATIVE GRADE POINT AVERAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR ELIGIBILITY FOR THE LIFE SCHOLARSHIP, TO PROVIDE THAT HOME SCHOOL STUDENTS MAY SUBMIT AN ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT PREPARED AND SIGNED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN PROVIDING HOME SCHOOL INSTRUCTION TO MEET THE GRADE POINT AVERAGE REQUIREMENT.
