    A Bill to provide that the maximum rate of travel for motor vehicles on Interstate I-26 between Clinton and Spartanburg (specifically, between mile markers no. 23 and no. 55) is sixty-five miles per hour, and to require the Department of Highways and Public Transportation to erect appropriate speed limit markers.
