A Bill to amend Section 22-2-150, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the right of trial by jury in magistrates courts, so as to provide that if a defendant is charged with a violation of Chapter 5 of Title 56 (Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on the Highway) excluding Article 23 and he waives a jury trial, no jury trial may be held.
