    A Bill to amend Section 58-25-50, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to powers and duties of transportation authorities, so as to require these authorities to report annually to the Governor and General Assembly and to provide that no state or federal public or human services transportation funds may be provided to an entity unless the Department of Transportation has certified that the entity has not failed to comply with a local or regional coordinated transportation plan.
