S 0775 General Bill, By Wilson and M.T. Rose
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-1-41 so as to provide that beginning July 1, 1989, any first-time applicant for a driver's license, restricted driver's license, beginner's permit, or nonresident driving privilege shall take and pass a drug test within thirty days prior to the date of his application, and to provide for the manner in which the test must be administered.
