    A Bill to amend Act 603 of 1990, relating to the requirement that the annual audit of the offices of county assessor, auditor, treasurer, and tax collector be conducted in accordance with the standards set by the Comptroller General of the United States and various amendments to the Revenue Bond Act for Utilities, so as to change the effective dates for those amendments to the sections contained in the Revenue Bond Act for Utilities.
