    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS, 1976 BY ADDING ARTICLE 41 TO CHAPTER 3, TITLE 56 SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES HONORING EACH VETERAN OF THE ARMED SERVICES OF THE UNITED STATES AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE DESIGN OF THE PLATES AND THE FEE TO BE CHARGED.
