    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 1-11-730, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ELIGIBILITY FOR COVERAGE UNDER THE STATE HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURANCE PLANS, SO AS TO ALLOW A MEMBER OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF A SPECIAL PURPOSE DISTRICT AND HIS ELIGIBLE DEPENDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLANS UPON PAYING THE FULL PREMIUM COST OF THEIR COVERAGE.
