    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 23-1-180 so as to provide that no law enforcement agency of this State or any political subdivision thereof shall sell at auction any beer or other malt beverage products seized by it for a violation of law unless such products at the time of the auction meet the quality control standards of the manufacturer regarding freshness and fitness for consumption.-at
