    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 1, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF GOVERNMENT BY ADDING ARTICLE 20 SO AS TO REQUIRE BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS TO REPORT NEWLY ELECTED AND APPOINTED MEMBERS AND VACANCIES TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE AND TO REQUIRE THE SECRETARY OF STATE TO MAINTAIN A COMPREHENSIVE DATABASE CONTAINING ALL MEMBERS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS AND THE INFORMATION REQUIRED TO BE REPORTED PURSUANT TO THIS ARTICLE.
