    A Joint Resolution to provide that, in the event a politcal party shall nominate candidates by party primary election for the State Senate, a party primary election must be held by that party for that office on the fourth Tuesday in July, 1984; to provide for the reopening of the filing period for Senate offices for certain purposes under certain conditions; and to provide that the provisions of this Act are applicable during calendar year 1984 only, and only to elections for the State Senate.-amended title
