S 0830 General Bill, By McGill
    A Bill to amend Chapter 25, Title 59 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-25-25 so as to provide that a person who was employed and certified as a teacher in the public schools of this State at the time of his retirement under the South Carolina Retirement System may return to covered employment under certain conditions whether or not his teaching certificate has been renewed.
