    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 48-49-70, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE IDENTIFICATION OF PROTECTED MOUNTAIN RIDGE CRESTS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES RATHER THAN THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION AND TOURISM SHALL HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF IDENTIFYING PROTECTED MOUNTAIN RIDGE CRESTS.
