    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 16-3-65 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON MAY USE FORCE IN DEFENSE OF HIMSELF OR OTHER PERSONS UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, AND TO PROVIDE THAT A DEFENDANT MAY PROVIDE CERTAIN EVIDENCE DURING CERTAIN PROSECUTIONS OF HIS BELIEF THAT FORCE WAS NECESSARY TO DEFEND HIMSELF.
