A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-2350, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO APPLICATIONS FOR SPECIAL REGISTRATION FOR A BUSINESS FACILITATING THE MOVEMENT OF A VEHICLE FROM A MANUFACTURER TO A DEALER OR DISTRIBUTOR, FOR FURTHER CONSTRUCTION OF A CAB OR BODY, OR FOR FORECLOSURE OR REPOSSESSION OF THE VEHICLE, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THIS PROVISION ALSO APPLIES TO THE MOVEMENT OF VEHICLES FROM A MANUFACTURER TO A FINAL PURCHASER.
