    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 62-5-433 OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS OF MINORS AND INCAPACITATED PERSONS SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT "COURT" FOR THE PURPOSE OF APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENTS OF CLAIMS OF MINORS AND INCAPACITATED PERSONS INCLUDES THE CIRCUIT COURT OR THE PROBATE COURT OF THE COUNTY WHERE SUIT IS PENDING.
