    A Concurrent Resolution recognizing the South Carolina Five-Year Public Transportation Development Plan and the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation's continuing commitment to develop and implement a general public transportation plan and policy for the State so as to encourage the efficient development, implementation, operation, evaluation and monitoring of public transportation systems.
