A Concurrent Resolution expressing appreciation to W. L. Abernathy, Jr., for his fifty years of dedicated and efficient public service as a representative of Clemson Extension Service and the South Carolina Dairy Association, as manager of the Agricultural and Mechanical Society of South Carolina (The State Fair), and as a member of the Agriculture Commission of South Carolina, and extending best wishes to him during his retirement years.
