    A Concurrent Resolution to express the heartfelt thanks of the members of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina to the children of Anne Springs Close for setting aside two thousand three hundred acres in York County to preserve an area that will serve as a buffer against urban encroachment, protecting the Fort Mill Community for generations to come.
