S 0888 General Bill, By Patterson
    A Bill to amend Section 7-3-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the duties of the Executive Director of the State Election Commission, so as to delete the duty of the Executive Director to remove from the roster of qualified electors the name of an elector who has failed to vote in each of two consecutive statewide general elections and who has failed to vote in any other elections intervening between these two general elections; and to amend Section 7-3-30, relating to the elimination of an elector's name from the roster of electors and the restoration of his name under certain conditions, so as to delete references to the elimination of the elector's name as a result of his failure to vote as referenced above.
