A Bill to amend Section 52-15-215, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to temporary licenses for coin-operated amusement devices and billiard and pocket billiard tables at recognized county or state fairs so as to provide for the issuance of a seasonal license for these devices which may be issued to those persons operating a seasonal business location, to provide that the term "seasonal business location" includes recognized county and state fairs, and to provide for the manner in which the license fee is computed.
