    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 45-2-70 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE POSTING OF RULES IN LODGING ESTABLISHMENTS, TO REQUIRE THE POSTING OF A NOTICE REQUIRED BY SECTION 45-5-80; AND TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, TITLE 45 OF THE 1976 CODE BY ADDING SECTION 45-5-80 TO PROVIDE THAT ALL LODGING ESTABLISHMENTS WITHOUT A SPRINKLER SYSTEM MUST POST A NOTICE IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE AT OR NEAR THE GUEST REGISTRATION DESK.
