S 0900 General Bill, By Senate Fish, Game and Forestry
    A Bill to amend Section 50-17-1021, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to use of set or channel nets, so as to strictly prohibit their use in Game Zones Nos. 6 and 11 and to restrict their use in Games Zones Nos. 7 and 9 to times set by the Wildlife and Marine Resources Department without regard to the time of year, and to repeal Section 50-17-1616, relating to use of channel or set nets in Fishing Zones Nos. 2 and 3.
