S 0901 General Bill, By Senate Fish, Game and Forestry
    A Bill to amend Section 50-17-1020, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to seines and channel nets, so as to change the minimum mesh size requirement of seines for taking shrimp and prawn, to establish mesh size limits for all fixed or stationary nets, to delete provisions relating to channel and set nets and catching finfish, and to provide that the penalty provisions of Sections 50-17-1070 shall apply to violations instead of Section 50-17-130.
