    A Bill to amend Chapter 37, Title 12, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the assessment of property taxes, by adding Article 4, "The Homestead Property Tax Deferral for the Elderly Act", which allows elderly individuals entitled to the homestead property tax exemption to defer all or part of ad valorem taxes levied on the homestead by filing annual application.
