    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-69-35 so as to require a person seeking a home health license or employment with a home health agency to undergo a State Law Enforcement Division and Federal Bureau of Investigation fingerprint review and to prohibit issuance of a license to or employing a person who has been convicted of certain crimes.
