    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 12-28-2730 CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE SPECIAL WATER RECREATIONAL RESOURCES FUND, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT MATTERS RELATING TO THE APPROVAL OF PROJECTS FUNDED UNDER THIS PROGRAM ARE UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF A COUNTY WATER RECREATIONAL RESOURCES FUND COMMITTEE.
