    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 41-35-112 SO AS TO REQUIRE A PERSON RECEIVING AN UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT SHALL SUBMIT TO DRUG SCREENING AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES IF HE FAILS THIS DRUG TEST; AND BY ADDING SECTION 43-5-300 SO AS TO REQUIRE A PERSON RECEIVING CERTAIN PUBLIC AID OR ASSISTANCE SHALL SUBMIT TO DRUG SCREENING AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES IF HE FAILS THIS DRUG TEST.
