    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 14-17-770 so as to require the clerk of court of each county to invest any monies held by him pending disbursement by court order in the highest interest bearing federal insured financial institution account available and to provide for the division of the interest earned.
