    A Concurrent Resolution setting 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, January 17, 1990, as the time for a Joint Session of the General Assembly to be held in the Hall of the House of Representatives to decide whether to adopt Mason's Rules, as amended in the particular fashion set forth in this resolution, as the rules of order and procedure which must be used for conducting all subsequent joint sessions of the General Assembly.
