    A Bill to amend Act 187 of 1979, as amended, relating to the duties of the State Board of Education and Commission on Higher Education with respect to teacher education, so as to delete the requirement that a student may take the Basic Skills Examination no more than three times and require that the test be administered at least twice yearly.
