S 0941 General Bill, By Reese, Lander and Leventis
    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-2320, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to dealer license plates, so as to decrease the number of sales before the issuance of a license plate, delete the three hundred dollar fee, and revise the restrictions on heavy duty truck dealers; and to amend Section 56-3-2350, as amended, relating to transporter license plates, so as to allow stopping for "bodily functions" and to define "bodily functions".
