    A Bill to amend Subarticle 3, Article 9, Chapter 7, Title 20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to child support, by adding Section 20-7-940 so as to provide that interference with provisions for visitation granted by a court is not a defense to noncompliance with an order for support and that the nonpayment of a support order is not a defense to interference with provisions for visitation granted by a court.
