    A Bill to amend Chapter 17, Title 19, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to examination of witnesses by depositions by adding Section 19-17-100 so as to permit the taking of a videotape deposition of a child less than sixteen years of age who is the victim of an unlawful sexual offense in certain cases, to provide the procedures to be used in these videotape depositions, and to authorize the admission into evidence of this deposition at trial under certain conditions.
